• The shipment of the ordered products (provided they are available in stock) takes between 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of purchase. No exchanges are made except in the event of a shipping error on our part. • Not all custom work requests will be accepted. After sending the request and its explanation, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the project and its possible execution, to which Insomnium will dedicate the greatest possible effort. These may have different delivery times due to the level of complexity of the work requested, always trying to keep this time as short as possible.

Machine wash (preferably cold and max.30ºC), do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at max. 110ºC, do not dry clean.
